Resizing Scraps

Ok i've had a question regarding resizing of scraps in psp. The question related to resizing the Flanders Field letter without the writting going funny. For those of you that don't know this, when resizing scraps change the little drop down menu in psp that says "Bubic" to "Smart size" this way any scraps you resize will come out exactly the same but without any dodgey bits. You may need to change it back to "Bubic" for tag resizing otherwise they go weird lol.
